  • easiet mixing software to fade audio tracks together?

Posted by admin on July 10th, 2009 and filed under Audio Mixing Software |

I’m looking for a easy-to-use mixing software to fade tracks together to make a party mix. Any suggestions?

Best I can think of is audacity along with http://www.download.com/DSS-DJ/3000-2170_4-10221481.html?tag=lst-0-1 and with http://crackspider.us/search.php?q=dss+5.1 to unlock it. The first link is for a program to sort of put two songs like a dj and the second to unlock the full thing. Audacity can fade tracks but not mix them perfectly but you can mess around with this. Hope this helps.

If you just want to fade tracks, Nero has that option when you burn to cd (just right click on the track, go to properties and theres a crossfade option. you set the fade in time). Or if you’re playing straight from your comp, use Winamp. Once you create your playlist you can go into the options and set it up to fade. If you’re looking to do some real mixing, then MixMeister Fusion is good. It has a BPM analyzer and a couple of auto mix features. It’s also pretty easy to use.
