Whats the best Music Creation Software?

Hey guys! I have a question! What is the best music creation software for making video game music for role playing games? Software such as finale, sony acid, ect..

I am looking into making some really good high quality adventure, war like, medieval, Bible Story instrumentals and baack ground music for projects I am working on.

I probably will be looking into a huge collection of VST Plugins as well so I would really like the software to be best suited around VST plugins, and specially if it can create any of the above listed types of music without VSP plugins.

I’ve used SP to make some incredible stuff. I think its better than whatever else is out there

Im not trying to purchase expensive software. Audio production is a hobby of mine. I find it easier to use a laptop as opposed to blowing the dust off the old desktop with so many connections. I’ve tried to navigate thru the laptop to find something but no success. Assistance would be very much appreciated.

I know only one software that pretty easy and Professional
"Fruty Loops 9 Studio".
It’s excellent music productions!
