I was introduced to Nuendo by guitarist Marlo Henderson. I have been a songwriter and ASCAP member since 1980. I am recording with Nuendo audio and production software by Steinberg. The more I use it the better it’s getting. It’s fast and user friendly.
The Steinberg tutorials on YouTube are helpful too. When I wanna sing over a track, I can quickly import the song, turn on the mic and start recording and arranging layers of vocals - fast. The mixer is straight forward too, the effects are right there, a click away for fast, easy experimentation.

hey, im looking for professional Music Creation Software. to make beats and loops. i already have sony ACID Pro 7, but i want to create beats and samples. PLZZZ, just say the name of that programm

I bought a laptop 5 days ago to use with my audio editing and production software and hardware. The Laptop has the correct specification for the software and hardware or so I thought but the program I use, Pro Tools doesn’t run smoothly on it. There are other problems too like it heats up more so than any other laptop I have ever used. And the built-in audio inputs (headphone) which I only use for domestic use don’t work, I think the sound card is disconnected from the motherboard. And to round it all off, I was pressured into buying a £14.99 recovery disc from PC World as I was told I would need it in the future. When I got home and started up the laptop I realised my laptop gave me the option to burn a copy of the recovery disc as it was already on a partition of the hardrive. I’m not happy out of being conned by such a huge retailer.
Anyway I was wondering if I could return the laptop for a refund as I may just buy a second hand laptop and have it upgraded to the max.
return it as not working (headphone sockets) as "not of merchantable quality" under the sale of goods act (go google it, some CAB and which magazine advice is out there).
the 14.99 they will refund (I know from past experience)
You could also argue "not fit for purpose" as you "did" mention at the time of purchase what you would use it for… (do not let on you made any personal assessment..or that that means the shop was not making the advice/assessment).
I think comet will happily take it back on a PR basis, as it is new and clean and otherwise undamaged. Don’t make a big fuss.. just take it back, and speak quietly and to the point.. when they accept.. .don’t be labour the point. Just wait and thank them for their help, and that you will happily choose/recommend them in the future given the simple way it was to bring it back under the circumstances.

The music is converted into data and when recorded is played back either as an audio sample or MIDI data, or even a mixture of both.

Fruity Loops - real name FL Studio will do what you want but way more than you need.
That’s not a putdown of any of them.
Acid Xpress is a free, lite music creation app in some ways similar to FL Studio and easier to use.

I am trying to find out how this video was put together. It is an amazing feat, and I know a lot of production effort was put into it, but am wondering what software could be used to bring in this many tracts of both Video and audio. I have seen some that can handle maybe 25 video and 100 audio tracts, but nothing this large.
any knowledge or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Linux has Cinelerra which allows a >TOTAL OF 64< tracks, either audio or video. But more importantly, the software is about the only desktop app allowing composing sound at 64-bit. I am unaware of any Mac or Win product that can do the same. Cinelerra is free.

I don’t think there was a 150 track tape at all. This is all over-dubbing. The stage view of all the animated windows of the choir members is a 3D software.
